Babatunde Johnson was latterly the Chief Compliance and Business Ethics Officer as well as the General Counsel for Adecco SA globally. He took direct responsibility for Tusen Consulting, formerly a subsidiary of Adecco in Nigeria in 2007.
He is a lawyer called to the bar in England and Wales by the Inner Temple in 1989. He started his Adecco career at the birth of the group in 1996, and has had various roles within the company, including having operational responsibility for the Adecco businesses in Africa.
He brings a wealth of industry experience to his role. He has acted as a legal advisor to the staffing industry in the UK and also an expert for the European Commission in a review of the different regulatory structures of the European Staffing industry.
In addition, he served for many years as the Officer of CIETT, Now WEC (World Employment Confederation) the international trade association for the staffing industry.
